Shipping

At present we only ship within the UK.

All of our products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24.

Larger orders may be shipped via courier. Please get in touch for a quotation.

Collection

You are very welcome to collect your order from our soap kitchen or our stall at Ely Market, which is free of charge.

Packaging

We only use recyclable packaging materials, such as paper, wood wool, Kraft paper, eco-flo packing nuts and boxes.

Returns

We hope that you’ll be over the moon with your new soaps but if for any reason you aren’t completely happy or there is a problem please do get in touch with us. Refunds or exchanges will be processed on receipt of the unused item within 14 days of the order date.

Please return your item in its original packaging. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns of used soaps due to health and safety reasons. We recommend the item is returned using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely.

Postage is non-refundable.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty please send us photographs as soon as possible (and within 7 days of receiving your order) so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
